@MajorQuazar I kind of agree with most of your ideas, But the ability to move the drone while not controlling it won't happen simply becaus that is the drawback of using it, Another thing is if the scan range is more than 30m then you won't be able to know if your EMP is going to hit the enemies. I really like your idea for disabling shield items after EMP it would really help Crypto.
Yep - fair enough, I've now taken out any mention of moving the drone outside of drone view to avoid confusion. It would be pretty ridiculous!
Yeah I could see that EMP range being less than scan range could make it hard to know if you're gonna hit but I think you should have to get in close(ish) to EMP so I think making the EMP range larger could make Crypto become too good. It's a fine balance!
Aha Yeah I do find that the problem with crypto is that unless you time your drone perfectly, by the time that you've got out of drone view and got to the battle then your opponents have plenty of time to recover. Let's shorten that window to make Crypto more effective and more fun!
