Curse others you get ban when other curse you they dont

Well Goodbye to me and apex for 13 season.

Ban me due to my cursing of words as i was cursed by others first.

Unbalance treatment, unfair and no proper law.

This is how EA ban people nowadays. GG

Well DONE ADMINS!

First of all welcome to the forum.

Sorry to hear that you got your account into trouble but just because someone cursed you in game does not make it right to curse at them.

This just leads to them reporting you and your account being actioned on.

As per the ToS that you agreed to you cursing someone else is a violation of that agreement no matter what the other person did.

In the future to protect your account do not let others trigger you, do not stoop down to their level or rise to their bait. Just ignore them, mute them and report them.

@Asmodeus566Thanks for the advise fully agree however this is a human nature there no wrong and right position on this. If EA wants to avoid this than remove voice but on the other hand how do you communicate with others better?

It’s like soccer match how do a referee foul a 50-50 situation to whom he give a card to? Or red?

In the end of the day it’s a concern for other players who are like me when someone else triggered the situation.

if they have review it again properly and find the real situation maybe my account would be safe but now no response and blank chances of me getting my account back.

just disable the chat, there is an option in the settings , makes life a lot easier.
Or just type : "bring it on, gimme so more , have fun with the ban." and then just report the harassment, worked out pretty fine so far.
Imho the harassment report is the only one that actually gets processed since EA doesnt want to have a twitter shitstorm bcs of it (just try the "r"-word with a smurf acc and youll see ... insta 1 week ban guaranteed !).

The system banns every time I report someone who said something banable and this happens ALOT when playing ranked solo. Every duo start flaming you as soon as they die and I just dont take any more crap from duos so treat them as bad as they treat me. So if they run away from me during a fight, I wont say anything but I will then run away from them the next fight if I feel thats the best option for me. Then they always flame me but the difference is that I dont feel the need to flame back.

Also, why does it really matter to you whether or not he got banned? You get your punishment for your actions, not someone elses? So I dont agree with your take of "unfair treatment" and all that. A flamer gets exactly whats his deserved. Sure, its a bit funny that they ban for saying "idiot" in text but allow anything on coms but just turn it off if it hurts you or flame back if you think thats productive =) Just had one premade duo in ranked who got angry that I reached a purple armor first and started to scream the N-word on coms. We faught; I got knocked, they stood around me, tea-bagging and still repeating the N-word until I died =)
