Customisation Options with Prestige Skins

So I've noticed a glaring problem/missed opportunity with the Prestige Skins that I haven't seen mentioned on the forums or at least not to this extent. But the lack of customisation options on these premier skins is disheartening. It's been mentioned before that allowing players to choose specific colour gradients for the skin would be a great addition but I would like to go a step further and allow us the option to mix and match body parts from each tier. I've attached a draft example of my proposed idea using the Bangalore prestige skin. To not make it an overly complicated issue/feature I think just allowing us to change headpieces for each body would be an acceptable compromise. Also having the finisher specifically locked to the Tier 3 version only seems like a severe oversight. Once unlocked I believe it should be available for the prestige skin as a whole regardless of the tier (meaning tier 1 and tier 2 can also use it). An adequate comparison can be made to Overwatch with their newly introduced Mythic skins and its customisation options which I believe is in line with Apex's Prestige skins as the supposed skins of the highest quality.
