Customizable Audio Settings (Gunshots too loud)

I have had an issue while playing this game with headphones (on Xbox One) where gunshots are too loud if I turn the volume up loud enough to hear footsteps and other important audio cues. This hurts my ears and drowns out all other noise whenever I fire my gun in the game. 

I have seen several other users post about this issue here and know several other people with the same problem. I would like to suggest that more customizable sound options be added in the game inside the Sound Effects volume bar. This would allow people with hearing issues, people who find gunshots too loud and hardcore gamers interested in amplifying footsteps, etc. to change the audio settings to their liking. Makes the game more accessible and will keep players playing for longer!
