Damage to Rev's ult

Dealing Damage to Revenant's ultimate should count as damage you've done. But it doesn't.

@Kazer13 It should also bleed through (1 hp shield does not stop a charge senti)

    @DrWizardo It also shouldn't have a separate hitbox if that's the case.
    Like if they hit the edge of it, which would normally miss Rev, should that really bleed through and damage Rev?
    That shadow shield is a lot wider.
    As is now, it is a separate entity.
    Which also means charge rifle should pierce through and hit Rev too, unless it acts more like a wall in which case it can't be pierced... Dunno.

    My main issues are it's flashy, and it has a very wide hitbox.
    Another is it's pretty useless for me since everyone still manages to kill me when I'm full HP, full red shield, and full shadow shield, with DOC and Pylon near me.
