Disable

@dajenPool91 i can see issues with disabling spam pings with how fast the enemies can move in the game but they should definitely remove spam pings for respawn banners and beacons

@dajenPool91 Yeah, the lock on melee usually locks onto a door or another person, and it really doesn't help. Also, someone can not be aiming directly at you, and the lock on would just snap them to you, so they can hit you with basically a free aim assist mechanic. Its annoying.
