Disruptor Rounds Gold Hop Up

The last few days my squad gots destroyed from Squads where every member is using the disruptor rounds hop up. 

I think the hop up should be more rare or a golden hop up like the turbocharger.

Its so annoying when everyone is using it because you can find it easy.
