Your problem here is that you're playing a Team game, as an individual.
(I've bolded the key words in that sentence for you).

If you're finding problems with matching with low-levelled players (not that a level reflects any bearing whatsoever on a players skill in FPS games), then might I suggest you simply find someone to party up with and play as a trio regularly to avoid this problem yourself?

And thats where you are wrong. Read back what I'd just written about knowing keys locations and other critical information about the weapons, the map, the characters or whatever else.
You might be a GOD mechanically but if I get to that tier3 armor (and I will because I know where to look) before you could even look at a measly Mozambique, you're out.
I don't think it's an ungodly thing to expect that my partners should at least know the very basics of the game/genre when I'm flying solo. Yes, I've had enough with strangers getting themselves killed 2 minutes into a game thus ruining my experience aswell. There are always bad starts and bad runs, heck I've been killed countless times minute 1 but I'm not actively seeking death like the rookies because of their lack of knowledge. If it only happened every now and then I wouldn't say anything but it's literally every.other.game. It's VERY frustrating.
And I shouldn't be forced to find a team because the matchmaking is badly designed.

I don't mind playing with low levels, I do however like to drop with them to hotzones, if squad survives that encounter, they can usually be relied on.

The problem is that this game has a super steep learning curve since it is a very fast-paced game, you need to be around level 40+ to even understand the game. To explain simple things over and over gets old very quick.

Beginners do the exact same mistakes in almost every game, they're slow at looting and they never climb things. I usually climb to high areas to gain some information before engaging a fight, beginners rush in from the open and die within a second if the enemy knows how to aim, rushing is very good in this game but not when you don't understand the game. I know almost every position that you can climb on any object in the game, beginners don't know a single climbing spot, they run around and look for stairs, which makes them less effective in fights.

This game needs a ranked matchmaking where players under level 30 can't join, it doesn't take that long to get to level 30 but they will most likely know the basics at that level.

You can't really teach beginners to become better in a single game,  they need to get the knowledge by figuring things out for themselves.

That's exactly what i do, drop them into skulltown/bunker. Best way of improving is a hot drop. I'm pretty sure Respawn use some sort of solo/due queue, have won games solo after my teammates die early. When I'm in a pre-made three man team it's a lot more difficult.

You could find some friends?

It's simply NOT fun to be grouped with someone who's looking at guns on the floor for 30 seconds, figuring out what they do... and getting killed in the proces.
Noone likes that. 

In every competition on earth new players are separated from the seniors and pro's why is this different and why are people asking for it arrogant?
It's about enjoyment. If you are more skilled and practiced, you want a bigger challenge and a team that is up for it.
