Drop all unusable items button. QOL

A button in your inventory that allows you to drop all items you can not use at once.

An example is if you have 2 light weapons, but you're carrying 3 stacks of heavy ammo, an extended energy mag, and a sniper stock, it'd be useful to drop all of these items at once with a click of a button to further decrease the time spent of inventory management.
