duels, Total joke !

Totally agree. Saying this is pathetic for a mode would be too kind. 

Totally disagree. I love the new mode and I think its an excellent way to get warmed up for a br game. If you die, you get another duel with multiple different guns and legends. Excellent mode and I think it should stay permanently.

Haven't even opened it (same as arenas before - which got me interested for like <100 games and also just as warmup) and probably never will.

This mode was made for those clowns who will throw the game and then call you out to do 1v1 to prove that their brainless decision in BR game was correct :D

Adding to that Respawn's ability to soft out matchmaking... I can only imagine :D

dingothe1​ not sure how do you warm up for 3v3 with abilities and kinda randomness to it via 1v1, no abilities and limited environment... imo aim trainers / firing range is much more valuable way to train, warm up some skill. Most of the time only thing that needs warmup is your brain (ability to process information) and warming it up 1v1 in predictable environment vs chaos of 3v3 with 20 other teams is like warming up car's engine with a candle.

I was excited to see arenas had come back in the previous release, but the new duels mode is a big dissapointment. 

I agree. Was having so much fun playing arenas again after so long but ofc they have to ruin it with duels. Can't they just let us have something good for once? Bring back 3v3 pls!

I'm warming up aim with random guns against real targets and warming up my movement. I don't see the need to warm up game sense or ability usage as that's not something that needs "warming up" for me but instead something I keep in mind while playing. 

I use the game mode as a more entertaining way to warm up against real targets because isolating and winning 1v1s helps win in 3v3 situations anyways and that's the one part of my gameplay that lets me down if I'm not warmed up. Plus I always go against preds in the game mode so its good practice for everything else.
