EA ToS team banned me without reason and closed my case

I got my account banned because of swearing to someone who was being discriminative and racist to me first and I have reported that guy, with TOS team saying they wont do any thing about that guy and...

The Terms of Service team has the final say on the outcome of a case/appeal.

If you have any new information that may influence your appeal, you are welcome to appeal your ban again, adding this new info.

@EA_Barry Bro I've waited for a week and there's still no reply. The company's rule is pure nonsense, claiming the tos team have done the correct thing but not dare to even tell the reason. Not allowing people having direct contact with them does not make sense at all. The judgement made by u guys also is mischeif. Look at maggie's voice line there's full of bad words "*, middle finger" and yet claiming those word to be fine but swearing to someone who attacked me is a super bad thing. The team cannot ban the hacks but people who pay you. Saying two wrongs do not make a right, your game does not even promote good words, look at maggies's voice line. Nothing will change u guys just rob my money, using your overpower rights and bullying me. If you guys cannot even give me an simple response to this, the fact that ea is just useless, discriminating and overpower wont change

    Hey @playerr114514,

    As a player you're bound by our Terms of Use, and violations of that can result in penalties including warnings, suspensions, or account closure.

    We don't have allowances simply because someone else also said something bad. If there's a violation of the Terms of Use, that opens your account up to being actioned for such.

    We cannot review or change these actions here, so if you've already appealed multiple times and the Terms of Service team declined to remove the ban, that will be final.

    Locking the thread here as we cannot address these issues on the forums.
