EA Truly has the worst customer service

I have spent days giving my credentials and trying to get help with getting my missing apex coins (I bought them 3 whole days ago and I’ve been trying ever since with the customer support to get them back) and not one person has even helped me. It’s a new person everyday and they all are asking for different types of information and then they just never reply after that and then it’s the same * again the next day. I am FED UP with how this case keeps getting passed on and not dealt with. I knew EA was on some * but I didn’t realize just how bad this company really is. I’m basically getting scammed out of $60 because no one is actually doing anything about this. I’ve been spending money on this game for a while now and the fact that this isn’t even the first time I’ve had to deal with this is insane. This truly will be my last purchase but I know things won’t change just because I stop. Anyone reading this should change their minds about investing in a sneak company like this one tho. Absolutely awful.

    @eefnation Hi, Sorry that this took so long and was a source of frustration. From taking a look today, this fortunately appears to be addressed.

    Can you double check this in game, and for any emails from us to be sure?

    We'll also take a look to see what might have happened to ensure processes were followed.

    Hopefully it doesn't happen again, but if you do need to contact support again, it may help a lot to log out first, then log in with your console credentials using the appropriate portal. That'll hopefully help with moving things along.

    Hopefully everything is sorted out now, and sorry again.

    It was never truly addressed though; the only reason the problem has been solved is because I had to go through my bank and get it refunded since the product was never delivered, even though my funds were taken. I gave each employee I talked to the proper POP pictures straight from my PC, any information they asked for, and nothing was ever done about it and then the next day it would be the same damn thing all over again asking for information my case and the other emails already had. I never did get the coins I paid for but it doesn’t matter now that I was able to get a refund through my bank. So unfortunately, my stance hasn’t changed in the slightest; this is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. No one wants to be told everyday their problem will be solved, just to have to wait till the next day for someone to reply and then it being a whole different person who does the same thing. Absolutely ridiculous. 4 days and nothing happened until I had to step in and get things done myself.
