@Tperodactyl I saw a Caustic today who was knocked down, (even had a blue knockdown shield out), I shot at him to finish him off (some other team knocked him), and for some reason I was able to re-knock him even though no one picked him back up. Dude seemed surprised about it too, as he tried to run.
