Facing cheaters & did not receive heirloom

So basically I have been encountering cheaters and I also opened over 500+ apex packs and I still don’t have an heirloom and I am hoping you could send me the death duet I am also the biggest fan my name is Caspurr992899 signing off

So it looks like your post is made up of 2 issues:

Regarding encountering cheaters: we're always doing our best to tackle cheaters in our games. You can always report them either in-game, or through our report a player webform.

Regarding the missing heirloom shards: every time this has come up the system is found to be working fine, and it's a case of the player miscounting. Is it possible that you just haven't hit the 500 pack limit yet?
