(Firing Range) Legend Creator
This would be something where people could create concepts for new legends.
Most importantly is the abilities, and hitbox size. Default skin would be Dummy.
They could customize a bio and information about the character.
They could also write a design for the character, describing how it looks.
If possible, maybe even the ability to design a default skin for the character.
If possible, once a certain percentage of completion if completed, maybe the ability to submit for review.
You could use this as a way to have a backlog of possibilities, pulling the best and finalizing it for a new season.
Kind of like a raffle thing it there are many near dev quality concepts.
You could even use it as a voting mechanism for true dev concepts, seeing what people would like most and putting it into a new season.
These legends would be firing range only, and not for main game access.
If you want, you could even allow these custom legends in custom games. Live fire testing pretty much.
It would give some people more reason to play, as if they can customize a legend and have a large group of friends to play with, they could pretty much be anything they want, within the system's parameters.
