Fix ranked solo queue I SHOULDNT have to deal with this every single match

why can't i have a single teammate that knows how to play? every ranked match I play I get well over 1k more dmg than my team combined [Edit: Naming and shaming for any reason is against AHQ tos, ...

Team work is not easy.   This game is not easy.  If everyone only plays with better or equal team mates then nobody plays
