FIX YOUR GAME
ISSUES WITH APEX LEGENDS:
-AUDIO: cant hear an enemy that is apparently 2 feet close to me when i should be able to hear their footsteps. i hear my teammates footsteps way more than enemies its ridiculous. Mind you this issue has not been fixed since the game launched. at least remove teammates footsteps, cause it doesnt make sense that im hearing them way more than an enemy.
-SKBMM: they have completely lost the plot with this. My nephew is still new to the game and i made a new account so we wouldnt be put up against masters-preds.... and yet only after he reached level 5 we got into a match and the champions were a 3stack pred. (make it make sense) He really loves the game but he cant enjoy it or get better at the game since he is just getting destroyed as soon as he lands.You need to have a separate public lobby for masters-preds. You say in your guidelines "keeping it fair" and yet all you do is cater towards the money.
Yes i understand money is what keeps you guys afloat but you are not doing anything to make the game better... you are actually just making it worse by not getting to the root cause of the issue and finding a solution for it.
-CHEATERS: WHY ARE WE STILL HAVING CHEATERS IN THE GAME? shouldnt that be one of the first issues you would have to prevent to make your game oh i dont know, actually enjoyable? Please do something about the cheaters, cause if 3stack preds or audio issues werent enough now we have to deal with insane cheaters?
CROSS-PROGRESSION: This needs to have a major update or players who have lost their account from linking should be given the option to get it back. I had spent money on my PC account and had over 300 packs on there with skins you could not get again. When cross progression came out i never had the choice to decline as it was already linked to my EA acc becasue you have to have one to play apex. I never wanted to link those 2 accounts so when i went to unlink them imagine my surprise when i logged back into my apex acc and I COMPLETELY LOST EVERY SINGLE PROCESS I MADE IN THE PAST FEW YEARS. I had emailed support so many times and they all gave me the same answer. So whos going to give me back the money and time that was just taken from in an instant when i never wanted that in the first place.
-SUPPORT: this system needs to have a major update as well. why is it so hard to get into contact with support? the fact i have to google "HOW TO CONTACT EA SUPPORT" its quite troubling, it should be way easier to have access to support especially for a popular and big platform such as EA. I used to like this company but everything is just going downhill.
I uploaded a complaint, was given as "official warning" and the post got taken down. I understand the way i approached it was uncalled for, but once again you have skipped over the main issue and had a sulk about "inappropriate language". Now that i have made another one, i hope the issues are actually addressed and fixed.
Id suggest taking constructive criticism and feedback to heart cause at the end of the day its the consumers that are purchasing and trying to enjoy your content.
