Fuze's Ultimate is weak, slow and awkward to aim

Been loving Fuze since start of season 8 and i've played a lot him, My only real major problem with him  has been the ultimate, i am Curious to see how others feel on this? Starting with The awkward...

@TheGuru431 I love the character but his ult and tac are pretty weak I would like to see more damage and a shorter cd for the tac and I think his ult just needs a rework cause it's not very useful at all when you come pair it to similar ults.
