Rampart QoL: Allow Amped Cover pickup while holding Sheila

When Rampart is not holding Sheila, the Extra Character Action (H by default on PC) can be used to pick up her undamaged Amped Cover.

While Mobile Sheila is out, H is overridden by the Mobile/Emplaced mode toggle. Even when aiming directly at my own wall, the prompt only shows “Emplaced Mode”, so I cannot pick up the wall unless I first put Sheila away.

This creates an unnecessary input conflict. Amped Cover management is a core part of Rampart’s gameplay, and pulling out her ultimate should not temporarily remove this interaction.

Suggested change:

• Keep H as the Amped Cover pickup input whether Sheila is holstered or being held.

• While holding Sheila, use Alternate Interact (X by default on PC) to switch between Mobile and Emplaced mode.

This would keep wall pickup consistent in both states while moving Sheila’s deployment toggle to a separate existing input.

The short Firing Range clip shows the current conflict: I aim directly at my own cover with Sheila out, but H only changes Sheila’s mode instead of picking up the cover.

This is not intended as a balance buff—just a small QoL/input improvement that would make Rampart smoother to play.
