I just tried to start the game after 1 update but it instantly crashed and was super laggy. But for this crash i got a 10min suspension because i tried ranked. Can you pls fix this error, so i can enjoy the game without getting crashs and 10min suspension?

Yesterday everything was working normal, today after this update I have the same problem, the game does not count when this error happens, consequently you lose XP that you would win, it is the second game that this happens, it is starting to get annoying.
I dont lag that offen just some times, but a friend of mine had a similar experience with the same Kind of lag the day before. Also I'm playing on wired connection and hadn't any problems with other games yet.
Also I want to mention, that I wouldn't made the post if i didn't get suspended for solid 10 minutes.

Community ManagerIt would be a good idea to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem and router. Also, shut down your PC. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Start up your PC and try playing again. If you keep disconnecting, let us know and we can do some further troubleshooting.
