dreadheartz When you resumed playing the game on Steam, did you sign back into the same EA Account that was used the first time around? (This is because your Apex game progress is stored on your EA Account, not your Steam Account).
Furthermore, was either your EA Account or Steam Account banned prior to Cross-Progression? (Any account that was banned prior to Cross-Progression had all of its data excluded, (which meant that if you had, (for example), a level 100 Xbox account, and a banned level 500 PlayStation account, the PlayStation account's data was lost after Cross-Progression)).
No, either account has bad behaviour.
Yea, after I tried to log in back to the same EA account with different pc and launch Apex, still the same.
My progress was gone. I'm thinking about this might be cloud syncing issue?
