Game WANTS to use 100% GPU and CPU just because it wants to.

I have the problem that the game has had since launch, the game wants to use 100% of my GPU and CPU. And the game cant take it, which means the game is literally destroying itself everytime I play it. It's barely enjoyable to play. There is no real fix to other than just using the lowest graphics settings possible, and even then it doesn't work that well it still after like 3 games crashes. I can start the game up and usually it just puts me back in. But then after 30 seconds it does it again and I then proceed to think about mentally killing who ever tf isn't fixing it... Please for the sake of our wellbeing, fix it already!! It cant be that hard to put a guy on the problem until he finds the problem and fixes it!!

First of all; whats your specs? Second of all; a high GPU usage is not a bad thing. It just means that your GPU is doing what its supposed to do as long as its at an OK temp. If your CPU is at 100% all the time, it probably just means that your system CPU is the bottleneck.

  • @TaikasieniDRIPI play with everything on low except for impact marks so I can see where my bullets go and mainly just have issues whenever I am near the waterfall on olympus but I never get above 45-50 fps for the most part

With that being said I had to do a lot of small things outside of the game to get everything running right like making sure the game ran as administrator, changing power settings to high, updated my graphics card drivers, etc

If you are playing on Origin I recommend trying Steam unless you have other Origin Games Installed and your Origin Progress will carry over to Steam, the reason I recommend Steam is because I used to have issues all the time on Origin where buttons wouldn’t work or textures wouldn’t load in the item shop so I had to go into my pc’s files and delete the cache but steam for whatever reason automatically fixes these issues whenever I close Steam with the Task Manager and reopen it

note: if you are not tech savy and don’t feel comfortable finding the correct drivers you can always get a third party software to do it, personally i just use Driver Booster 8 and check it every month or so but theres likely better options out there so just do your research to find a good application
