Game WANTS to use 100% GPU and CPU just because it wants to.

I have the problem that the game has had since launch, the game wants to use 100% of my GPU and CPU. And the game cant take it, which means the game is literally destroying itself everytime I play it...

First of all; whats your specs? Second of all; a high GPU usage is not a bad thing. It just means that your GPU is doing what its supposed to do as long as its at an OK temp. If your CPU is at 100% all the time, it probably just means that your system CPU is the bottleneck.
