Get APEX permanent BAN

I received a permanent APEX ban for typing the abbreviation "SB" into the channel.

This abbreviation has many meanings, but EA Studio directly identified it as dumb-*, but that is their abbreviation in China.

I didn't mean anything else and I don't think it was verbal harassment.
And, the reason I came in at that time was because I was chatting with my friend DISCORD.

I am temporarily unable to use the microphone to communicate and can only use the text channel to type.

A few days later I received a warning letter on May 27th. Then my APEX was permanently banned from playing!

The first penalty is a permanent ban. And there is no room for repentance! On appeal, it was ruled that illegal procedures had been used and therefore the penalty would not change.

I wonder if the commissioner will investigate seriously after a complaint is made?

I believe EA is fair and will impose sanctions, but are the punishment methods and results too hasty?
