Get rid of the stim damage and up the cooldown on it. No reason a mobile character should have to damage himself to use an ability. Wraith doesnt damage herself, pathfinder, loba, horizon. Get rid of it and make the cooldown longer
The cooldown would have to be longer than Lifeline's drone cooldown then.
No thats ridiculous. People really act like his stim is powerful as it is. Removing damage wouldnt be that big of a deal and wouldnt make him OP
Crazy suggestion. If your plan is to make it so you have to fight to claim Octane as your character every game then this would do it. He would instantly jump to the top of the most played character if they did what you want.
Pretty much what @Piabetic said. I don't want Octane to go even higher in pick rate. He's already very high up, any higher and you pretty much have one octane in every team. We should instead focus on making the least picked characters more interesting to use. Because diversity is what should make this game unique. If everyone uses the same legends, where is the fun in that?
