Getting bad randoms every single game now, what gives ?

I play both 3-stack and solo, both ranked and unranked. 3-stack in pubs is considerably harder than solo pubs. I would say the average skill level of enemies and teammates in solo pubs is about gold in the old ranked system before the changes, i.e quite low.

But whatever. I dont know exactly how good you are at this game but the fact remains that a way above average skilled players wont feel the need to blame their teammates for being bad so often you do because if you are truly good at this game then will also your enemies be as bad as your teammates compared to you and you will have more good games than bad. But if you are in fact is very average or even below average at this game, then you will have average or below average games. And I think this is the case with you, based on what you are saying.

I actually got curious and played 2 games on Singapore server which first of all was a nightmare because of my 300 ping but I am sorry but it was nothing special about Singapore severs.. A couple of bad (<1 k/d), a couple of good (>2 KD) and the majority quite average (around 1 K/D). First game, I stomped early game with almost no help from my clearly below average teammates (300 of Wraiths damage was on my knocked enemies =) and second game I won and honestly got semi-carried even though the dmg was quite even. So I am sorry my friend. If you keep blaming your teammates, it just means that you probably are in the same ballpark as them in terms of skill. Even on 300 ping, I had decent but not great games regardless of my teammates.
