Getting shot means i miss while i shoot but not the opposite for the enemy?

Why when i get shot i cant aim for crap even if i have level 4 attachements but the enemy can still aim with 0 recoil? I control my recoil too but this crap when i shoot the enemy and he gets shot bu...

@V9S6 Go to Firing Range and practice your recoil with different weapons or do some 1v1with friends to get used to different types of weapons
