Gibby arm shield can deflect arc star?

I was playing as Fuse. Loaded my arc star into my arm, fired it at an enemy Gibby and it was 100% clear I stucked him with 30 damage but immediately the arc star bounced back into the ground far from...

@KissYourHomieUwUIt might be a feature because you used to be able to stack gas traps, jump pads, etc on Gibralter’s Gun shield and you could arc pathfinder/crypto drone and push the enemy team so they made arc stars bounce off but its meant to only happen on teammates
