Gibby arm shield

can we please take away Gibraltars arm shield. He takes less damage already from fortified and he’s almost the fastest character in the game. He does not need an arm shield that takes 50 damage. Or simply move the arm shield hp down to 30 that’ll be reasonable since you don’t wanna take away what makes him stand out
