GIBRALTAR dome of protection

I disagree with the shooting out from inside, its a defensive ability, not aggressive. Think about it, you would have an unbreakable shield with 100% cover for 15 seconds while you can just spray anyone in sight without a care.

Its defensive, use it when someone goes down so you can revive them or maybe to heal or retreat to. The second you are able to shoot through it, it becomes far too powerful and game breaking. 

You can try shield jockeying, when they rush in you step out, when they step out you step in trying to get some hits inbetween 

Only issue i have with it is that its too damn opaque, i cant see through it clearly enough and its so loud cant hear people rushing in
