Give Pathfinder "Bleed" effect when taking health damage

As you hit other legends, doing health damage, a certain amount of blood splashes on the target, letting you know that you actually hit them, i believe Pathfinder also has such an effect but with a lowered visual effect and a different sound. Some 'oil' splatter or whatever fluid he runs on would be a good addition.
