@SniperMacFox As mentioned above open a ticket go to EA website check for logged in users / locations on the account. Go to account information. Then go to Personal information. Then make sure no weird ip or devices are showing on the account. If they are provide those screen shots to EA to show your account was compermised.
@E9ine_AC I'm unsure how to access this, have gone into EA Account - My Account, none of the options in any of the tabs match what you've listed.
The closest to what you've described is the trusted devices list, which is only showing my devices (which given I've only just added additional authentication makes sense)
Is there someone else other than the EA Customer Portal which I can use to find what you've listed?
