Grenade throw one click anyone?

@xPROSxHATExMExTV I they think it's because controller players don't have the same flexibility as m&k. With the ping system taking up button position, equipping then throwing makes the most sense. CS:S was the same way if I could remember correctly (minus the pinging system).
Also, the same could be said regarding shields and heals. If you're planning on using a med kit after using a shield cell, why don't you just use the pinwheel and have the med kit ready as you shield up? Selecting a different item doesn't cancel the action anyways. Since it is what it is, it's probably best to have the health item you most likely will use first before rush a squad or running from the ring.
