Re: How to get help with Apex Legends account bans and suspensions

So, the last time I played on my account was 12 hours ago, but then suddenly I saw a message in my steam Mobile app that someone is inviting me on something, I did not bother to check after a while when I turned on my PC and started steam I saw my account name is in Chinese and hacker wrote let's see if your diploma in high school was worth or not this was my account name and then when I logged in to my apex legends I saw that I was banned for using cheats! I went to apex tracker website and saw my accounts last match was 2 hours ago and hacker just played one match and got directly promoted to diamond 3, I was in diamond 4. I immediately secured my steam and all and added authentication for my ea account too, my ea was open with no protection at all and as a result I didn't even get any emails regarding suspicious log in. Hacker didn't change anything on my account he didn't try to take it, he just used cheats and got my account banned! Is there any possibility that these are happening with others? And do the victims actually get justice or ea just tells they cant do anything about it?
