Hackers are getting sneakier. Need better report mechanics.

Hi. So i just played with a hacker who shot my whole team down, BUT it wasnt him who finished/killed us. It was his teammate.

I assume this would avoid the hacker's name being reported and/or a way to boost the hacker's teammate(s) or another account of the hacker.

Imagine the Season 1 Wins and Kills if your one of your teammate is the hacker who shot the enemy down and the other teammate are the one who gets the kill/finishes the enemy.

WTF. Fix this please by improving the Reporting system. What if our teammate in public is the hacker? How do we report a teammate? I cant even mute my teammate who casually sings/hums during the whole game or teammates who use those annoying auto-turn-on microphone instead of PTT.
