Hardware ban?

Question:

What is the reason to ban hardware ?

1. Some people do not have the money for new over price components.

2. So is Intel and Amd and Nvidia pushing game creators to push bogus hardware bans to strong arm people into buying new. 

3. Who cares if a person has a 10 yr old phenom 6 core and 4 yr old gpu and play at 40fps Its their game experience... What does it matter to EA or other game creators what hard ware a person may have ? As long as they purchase your software and expansion packs and spend money why does it matter.

    @JerrySkiddSystem Requirements and HWID Bans are two completely seperate topics

    in general HWID Ban is referred to them banning your specific hardware id so that specific part can never be used to play the game again, you can replace it with another card or other part (s) of the same model but your old ones just won’t be usable because their id is blocked idk how to really describe it basically every part on your computer comes with a different hardware id so no 2 parts are ever the same... think of it like DNA but for Computer parts
