As I have said before, the Havoc is perfectly fine where it is. It is very difficult to control, the charge up time is honestly enough for you to be downed, or at the very least, you are hurting enough to where you absolutely MUST heal.
The mag size is good, any smaller and you're screwed. I really cannot see how you all think it needs a nerf. There are so many variables with this gun, recoil(both directions), charge up, etc. I have many times missed my shot because of that damned charge up.
Yes you can be good at it. I pre-shoot when going around corners, allows me to be ready if anyone is there. But in terms of OP? No way. Winning games you shouldn't? What does that even mean? The Flatline with purp mag is worse.
@SolitaryMassacre Sorry What is the ,,hard to control''? It literally goes only up unlike L-star which is actually tough to control due to its Wiggly recoil a gun that has recoil that goes only up is not tough to control that applies to R-99's R-301 etc.
- @NotSoThiccNow It has a more recoil than most guns, plus since it has the charge up time it can slightly surprise you a bit.
Havoc and l star are both great early to mid game guns because being kitted or unkitted makes little difference. However end game a fully kitted r301 or flatline would outperform a havoc. A fully kitted spitfire would outperform an l star.
