Heavy rounds not landing.
Something's up with the heavy rounds. They aren't landing where I aim. I have a few clips I'm going to link soon as I make a video. Anyone else having this issue lately?

@Draknost There are no variables to consider with a fully decked out flatline at 10 feet going right through a bloodhound like he was a ghost. I put 4 full mags into him and only about 1 landed. First set of shots while he was looting a crate missed completely. Dude was standing dead still and my shots were passing right through him.
We seem to be dealing with bad Network lags causing things like this, is what it appears...
