I came back to Apex after a long time and the Wraith Heirloom animation got changed. Which is something i did not want and i didnt work for it so much to just to not have the Heirloom i put so much time into. IF you change the animations, at least make it possible to refund the heirloom shards. It really sucks to not get any compensation at all not even from the Support... Choose one of the following options

I completely agree. The wraith twirl change is horrible.

YungLuzii This is an older thread so I will be locking it here. However, its been highly requested to allow for a refund/exchange for those who were just given an Heirloom before the Heirloom Shards system.

Heirloom refund after changes.
