They could make it so that you could refund or exchange only once, so that means if you exchange your heirloom for another one, you are now stuck with the heirloom that you just got and you cannot refund or exchange for the rest of your life on that account.
I feel bad for people having a heirloom they don't want.
But unfortunatly, I do not think they will do something about that issue.
They acn't even fix the game. Every update get's even worse.
They don't care about servers, they don't care about sounds, they don't care about aim assist / crossplay issues, they don't care about freezing screens.
They can't fix the a.m. problems and I doubt they will do something else and help getting players their desired heirloom.
Also they want you to keep buying more packs so I am afraid, you can't do anything about it.
