Heirloom Refund System

I feel bad for people having a heirloom they don't want.

But unfortunatly, I do not think they will do something about that issue.

They acn't even fix the game. Every update get's even worse.

They don't care about servers, they don't care about sounds, they don't care about aim assist / crossplay issues, they don't care about freezing screens.

They can't fix the a.m. problems and I doubt they will do something else and help getting players their desired heirloom.

Also they want you to keep buying more packs so I am afraid, you can't do anything about it.
