Heirloom shards
Give me my heirloom shards I've opened 624 packs since my last one excluding event etc and still haven't got any heirloom shards and Its practically stealing my money and I want my heirloom shards if I'm spending money

From what I'm able to verify, it looks like you have not quite yet reached that 500-pack point, actually. I do see the last heirloom was a while back at this point, but currently you're still quite a bit short of the next 500 packs.
Unfortunately we don't have a way to provide a full breakdown of every pack opened since the last heirloom, but I can definitely confirm this is still working properly and the account you're posting with is just not back up to 500 yet. Those shards will pop for you at that point unless you happen to get them sooner randomly, best of luck!
