If you were at 19/20, then the requirements were not met. Please feel free to create a new bug report post about not being able to get the last pack, but that's not something we can look into or grant for you here.

I have fulfilled the requirements for getting the heirloom during the Crimson Universal Melee Event

This thread is about the 500-pack timer. If you're talking about not being able to purchase all the packs for an event, that would be a completely separate situation and bug report.

If you weren't able to purchase the final pack and couldn't get the event heirloom as a result, that is not the same situation this thread was discussing, but it's also not something we could grant I'm afraid. That would have needed to be reported as a bug at the time so the team could investigate and hopefully correct whatever issue was preventing that from being purchased. Unfortunately there's nothing that could be done after the fact.

But "Crimson Universal Melee Event", didn't have the 500 packs requirement isn't it? it only require 20/20 progress but I got stuck at 19/20 and couldn't process anymore, the game just simply bugged and the progress stuckd

That's a pretty common point of feedback, but currently there isn't a visible pack counter/timer or anything of that nature I'm afraid.

At the moment the best bet would be a fansite like the one below, which gives a rough estimate and relies on you to enter a great deal of the information rather than the exact value.

Is there any record or things that could show how many packs i have opened?

The team has very recently re-checked this system and confirmed it's working correctly. If you have not yet received that guaranteed heirloom, it's likely you're miscounting how many packs have been opened.

Do keep in mind that the following Pack Types do not count towards the Bonus Heirloom Shards:

• Collection Event Pack
• Thematic Event Pack
• Milestone Event Pack
• Collection Retro Pack
• Any packs that might provide replacement items

If any of these types of packs were being counted in what you've been keeping track of, that may account for why you're not quite at that 500-pack point yet. The ticket system would be working correctly in this case, because advisors have no way to see how many packs have been opened. Hope that clarifies a bit, best of luck!

Please also check my account, I'm also facing the same issue, I have opened enough packs to get the a heirlooms, but I didn't get one. I tried contact EA Support and EA Advisor, but it is seems like your system was very broken that I couldn't even get contact with advisor, so I am seeking support from here.
