Heirloom shards

back just after the first fight or fright collection event opened an apex pack that contained the wraith heirloom, when i really wanted the pathfinder or lifeline, a few months later i read that they were adding heirloom shards in place of heirlooms for characters, at first i was like, oh thats annoying, and just accepted it, i went on a long brake from apex from around early season 4 to late season 5 and from season 5 to 6 i didnt care that much but the more i play the game it started to annoy me more, as wraith is my least favourite character, i was reading the forums about it and someone had a situation were they phone ea and asked about swapping heirlooms, they couldnt get it swapped, but i recently watched a video by johhny young (cryptos voice actor) and found out they gave him 450 heirloom shards, dont jump to conclusion as i am not asking for 450 heirloom shards, and i also understand why he got them.However i would like to know if it would be possible if the wraith heirloom could be removed from my account AND replaced with 150 heirloom shards so i can have a choice in which one i want.
If this is possible it would mean the world to me as i have been playing apex since a couple of days after launch and i have been a fan for years.
Even if it cant, it would be great for someone that works at ea or respawn to look into it.
