Heirloom?
I have an account (sedulous_dozen8) and I have played the game for multiple years on and off but still have not gotten a single heirloom??? Is it just bad luck?

JR-Nikolaj4 Unfortunately you won't know unless you've been keeping track of it yourself, (and some packs don't count towards the total).
Also, a pack counter has been requested for years now, but one has yet to be added to the game.

JR-Nikolaj4 The game has a pitty system that guarantees an Heirloom every 500 Apex packs opened, (but an Heirloom can still be pulled before then at a very low drop rate).
