Hipfire feels broken

It feels consistently inconsistent, or inconsistently consistent perhaps

You would think, with hipfire, with your reticule, your weapon fires and sends its rounds towards random parts of that circle, right?

But no

Not in this game

It seems like every engagement, hipfire CHOOSES a part of my reticule to go to, and then ONLY goes to that part

Makes it impossible to anticipate where its going to go, and makes hipfire absolutely *

People who hipfire and hit every shot, yeah they are running something 3rd party because that just doesn't happen

EVERY BURST HIT FAR RIGHT of the reticule, like its not random, its ALL in that TIGHT area

Just had a DIFFERENT game where ALL my hipfire went to the upper left of my reticule (same gun)

So wtf is up with hipfire?

How the hell do you use it when you essentially have ZERO idea of where its going to go

And its not even a "healthy random" where at least 1 or 2 bullets will hit where you intend within your reticule just from statistics, the game will send ALL your bullets in a nice tight group to some RANDOM part of your hipfire spread

  • I wonder where my shots go a lot of times. I even record it and still not sure where they're going. Not sure if it's my computer, servers or what but it seems like I'm always an inch off from hitting them

  • You weren't even looking at them. The target was at their feet. Plus, Hipfire at that range with a burst weapon ain't recommenced. If you Aim Down Sights at them you might have killed them especially since you had the high ground. Now, if you were ground level with them in the small room. Hipfire would have worked differently and might have been in your favor.
