How is noone talking about how caustic is the most OP legend by far

How is caustic getting buffs when he is the literal only character that can completely shut a building down from multiple squads for a pretty extended period of time without even having to fire many bullets. The advantage he is given over a person in his gas is the least balanced thing in the game. He is the ultimate camping machine. And why do people like pathfinder (who doesnt breathe) and bloodhound (who has a mask on) get effected by the gas. Maybe not be completely immune like other caustics. But for sure at least take less damage or damage at a slower rate. And now that his gas cant be triggered through the door your only option is to leave him be or kick in the door exposing youself to the gas and if they are watching the door a good deal of fire while youre slowed by the gas and if you try and contest he takes 15% less damage so youre at every possible disadvantage. His gas must be nerfed

caustic is not OP by any means, that's just excessive way of thinking into problem that you dont know how to play around. Being trapped in a house means also that you cannot get out.
Little caustics legs start shaking when he start's hearing footsteps from the sides, off the top and everywhere, while hes teammates are practically blind hes forced into managing that all alone.
And to be fair, most toxic thing in caustic is not hes barrels, but rather hes effects on teammates playability, if it's op when it does less damage to your teammates then maybe design is bad to begin with

Crypto is a good counter only when he has his ultimate vs caustic throwing traps with his tactical. What good is crypto of his emp isn't ready for the situation? I've destroyed traps and caustic has immediately replaced the one blocking the door. If crypto's drone could also silence similar to revenants tactical then the pushed would be outstanding.

@Blasian311 Crypto’s drone isn’t affected by traps, so you can use it to scout out the building.
Crypto drone with silence would be kind of op, plus it would start infringing upon Revenant’s kit.

Before this update he was fine, sure, he was really annoying to deal with - but now teammates with a Caustic have complete control of locked down buildings, ranked is a fortified nightmare (literally), Gibraltars using dome shields before or after Caustic prepares to ult inside so nobody gets in, while they get all the time in the world to set traps on roofs, popping some to obscure or narrow down people trying to reach them. Completely degenerate to the game, let's not even mention Caustics rushing to charge towers to max their ults and taking over places like Capacitor (my favourite drop), have to wait like 20 minutes before the caustics fighting are done, it makes the games even slower than they already were with Gibraltar

@itsdeerbra Of course he is more effective in buildings. That is his design. He is best suited to defend a stationary position. Especially and enclosed or well guarded one. He is very weak when your team is constantly on the move cause he relies on setup. On the fly encounters are never won with his gas canisters. They help a little sure, but they lose soooooo much effectivess in these fights. This is pretty much the same as being upset that you can't see anyone when bangalore shoots her smoke. Its the purpose of the legend. Its a FPS where the characters have roles to play. Its not COD where everyone should be equal in all situations.
