@CompleatBeet I'm against this solution. I win matches without energy weapons, no problem.
With your suggestions, you basically make energy redundant, no one will use it and you end up with a new meta you'll make a thread about to nerf it. Then what?

@Peri_Longbow_plz The Devotion is OP as floor loot. So is the HAVOC with a Turbocharger and Purple Extended Magazine. If they don't want to nerf the guns in power, they should make them rare.
