Why do you think Controller-class legends are dominant in competitive play but have extremely poor synergy in ranked matches?
How can we make Controller-class legends more viable picks in ranked matches?

I agree.
Both buffs and nerfs should be implemented in a balanced manner.
There should be no hesitation, nor should there be any overcorrection.
just nerf free movement legends.
