Well, if you only count aimboting as cheating, then maybe yes.
For me it is obvious, that a lot of them use at least "no recoil scripts" but no one really cares about it.
hard to tell as the recoil is bind to the sights, cuz you can compensate for recoil.

Yes, their goal is getting away with it, and look phenomenal to their viewers. Rarely they make a mistake, show their cheats and get banned.They will never fix the cheater problem on Origin buy a console.
