i don't understand why we can't play duos in ranked

why is there not duos ranked but duos in casual

it's not fair to make people play with other bc most of the time people is griefing. like i play with my girlfriend and we don't want to play with random people who is griefing. we don't have friends who play so i don't understand why we can't play duos in ranked. when there is more people. who plays with one friend than two

    Ranked has a much stricter SBMM than casual (much much stricter) so splitting the queue, not only in low/mid/high bronze, low/mid/high Silver all the way up to the Master/Pred, but BEFORE that also in two (duo/trio) would probably kill the game for Diamond and better, maybe even at Platinum. Especially for the smaller regions. I had to wait 5-6 minutes for a Diamond 2 match in S4 sometimes, and that was in EU.

    I really dont see why they cant make a ranked for duo and solo. It wouldnt hurt anything. I do wonder bout the games playerbase. They could just have actual crossplay.

    Well i understand what you're saying. i have been a higher rank before but it's more annoying with random. so like saying if they added duos and trio it's not gonna inpact the game that much bc you're more in a squad than a due. but sometimes you're in due so it's not gonna change how much player ingame

    @jamie190321 There are two reasons:
    1. Ranked is a much less popular mode then casual, and has much longer que times, therefore having two modes would have people waiting for hours.
    2. Ranked is a much more team based gamemode, and having duos just wouldn't feel right.

    @Grimshock77 People argue endlessly on these forums that having casual solos would make the que times too long. Ranked solos would actually do that. Maybe just add solos to casual, and make ranke the only form of trios.

    @s0apt0ken that's your opinion. again many people has said the same as me. And i get a game faster in ranked than casual so you're points don't stand. How is it for others when you only look at yourself not others. i understand what you are saying but you're 2 things is only aiming at you.   #i am in EU

    I completely agree. We need a solo/duo mode for ranked. A friend and I are trying to climb and we have yet to find a single good teammate.
