i have a question

I actually got the Heirloom and I was wondering if I could return the Heirloom I bought because I bought the Octane butterfly knife and I wanted the Wraith Kunai Knife. Can you guys make a refund system for Apex Legends where you can return one thing like an Heirloom cause Im really mad I got the Octane instead of the wraith. if there isnt a refund system can u guys make one in the next up coming update.

@Thegreatmajd Did you get it with the shards? Because if you bought the wrong heirloom, it's not like they're gunna let you trade it in, since you had a choice. If you're referring to when the collection event was going on for the butterfly knife, that too won't get traded in for.

There's several other players who want to do trades as well, and I have yet to see any of them get the trade.
